Lucky Okon a 30 year old native doctor has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrates court in Lagos for allegedly raping a 25-year-old woman for days and scamming her of N800,000.
Okon, who stays on Ajasa Command Road, Ipaja area of the state was arraigned before Magistrate J.A Adigun on a two-count charge
Awazie the prosecutor said, “The accused accosted the complainant on her way from work
“He hypnotized her with a substance suspected to be charm, and asked her to give him her N800,000, which she did and he raped her for days
“It was when the complainant regained her senses that she reported the case to the police, and the accused was arrested”
However, when the charges were read in court, the native doctor pleaded not guilty
the Magistrate granted him bail in the sum of N100,000 with two sureties in like sum
The case was adjourned until June 29 for mention.
