On Sunday in Owerri, a three-storey building collapsed at the Imo State capital leaving four person dead at the spot, while three survivors were severely wounded and were in a coma.
It was reported that among those who died were 18-month-old baby girl, Osinachi Nnabu; a three-year-old boy, Amara; and two adults whose identities were yet to be discovered.
